Website terms of use
These terms cover your use of this website. They don't cover care services, which are arranged under a separate written agreement.
About this website
This website is operated by Sehlam Home Care. It explains the home care services Sehlam offers in Ghana and lets you ask us to contact you, refer someone, or register an interest in working with us.
Information, not medical advice
The guides and service descriptions on this website are general information. They are not medical advice for any particular person and don't replace advice from the person's own doctor, nurse or other health professional. Health information on this site is reviewed before it is published, and each guide shows when it was last updated.
This website is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest emergency department. Our forms are not monitored around the clock.
Enquiries are not a care agreement
Sending a request through this website asks us to contact you. It does not book care, reserve a caregiver or an assessment, or create a contract. Care only starts once you have agreed a written care plan, quote and care agreement with Sehlam.
Service descriptions explain what each service can include and its limits. What is actually provided for a person is decided after an assessment and set out in their care plan.
Using the website
Please use this website lawfully and don't:
- send false information or submit requests on someone else's behalf without good reason;
- include another person's medical details or identity documents in our forms;
- try to interfere with the website's security, overload it, or use automated tools to submit forms;
- copy large parts of the website's content for commercial use without our permission.
We may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.
